Linda Garofalo: Linda has been a Customer Service Representative at Rick Bongiorno Insurance since 2010. Linda, our snow bird, currently resides in Florida but helps out around the office while she is vacationing in New York.

Christine Bronson: Christine is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative. She has been working in customer service since 1983. She brings us many years of customer service skills along with her extensive knowledge of insurance. Christine graduated from SUNY Broome Community College with an Associate degree in Computer Science and Radiologic Technology. She worked locally as a software engineer for over 20 years before making the switch to the insurance industry.
Rick Bongiorno: I am a licensed insurance agent and have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years.
I started this agency in 2007. I started my career as National Rookie of the Year for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation. Since then, I have continued to be an accomplished regional, state, and national leader. I graduated from SUNY at Binghamton University with my Bachelor of Science from the Watson School of Engineering and obtained a minor in Business. I am a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of NY. I earned the honor of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from both The American College and The National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. My family and I have a strong commitment to the Southern Tier. We enjoy an active lifestyle which includes hiking, scuba diving, and various sports. We have many animals including a miniature horse, three dogs, and a very friendly turtle.
Cathy Breon: Cathy is our newest Customer Service Representative. She comes to us from Whitney Point after 30 years of being a child care provider. Cathy is new to the insurance industry, but she has a friendly and calm demeanor that helps her communicate effectively with our customers. She hopes to obtain her Property & Casualty insurance license within the next year.
Melissa Millen: Melissa is our Customer Service Representative. She graduated from SUNY at Binghamton University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology and a minor in Education. Melissa has been working in customer service since 2007. While Melissa is new to the insurance industry, her computer and communication skills paired with her ability and willingness to learn have proved to be assets to our agency and to our customers. Melissa will be heading to Binghamton University to pursue her Masters degree in Social Work in the fall of 2016, however, she will be helping us out when she can.
